I am looking for delicious recipes but also helping me in weight loss. I am glad that I found this book! I have started to follow the recipes in this look to prepare breakfast, lunch & dinner for my family. All my family members love it very much as they feel more healthy & energetic!
This is a book that I will strongly recommend! The recipes are really detailed yet easy to follow and my family really enjoyed preparing the recipes. I have only tried about 3-4 recipes and my family already can’t wait to try out the rest of the recipes. The book also mentioned a brief history of what Paleo Diet is all about and the health benefits of going on such a diet.
For anyone who wants to get started on a Paleo Diet, this is the book that you should try. No regrets.
